Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative & operational support to the IT company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation Input, update & maintain various data records & information in company data bases & systems.
- Organize, files & various documents including contracts, reports & correspondence will also be inclusive of processing invoice, billing & purchasing.
- Respond to emails & phone enquiries from both internal & external partners & customers.
- Assist in maintaining & tracking inventory, office supplies & equipments.
- Create routine reports & documents as requested by supervisors.

Must have basic understanding of computer.
