Roles & Responsibilities
- Attendance and Leave management: - Track the attendance of all staff day wise in provided excel format as per company policy.
- Salary Processing / Payroll - Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll. Ensure that salary slips are distributed to all staff.
- Employee data - Maintain the complete data base of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet and update them regularly if there are any changes.
- Performance Management - Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters. - Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
- Employee Separation - Ensure resignation letters are received from employees who intend to leave. - Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share with Admin on a monthly basis. – Provide documents such as Experience letter, Full and Final Settlement letter etc. on time. Also ensure that Asset handover is done from employees end before completion of his/her tenure. Follow up for the clearance certificate and ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
- Data Management Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file etc. Be the central person for all HR related communication. Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to concerned department and follow up for resolution. Play the role of Employee champion by knowing and counselling their employees as and when required.
- Travel Policy: Create a travel policy and co-ordinate with touring employees regarding travel tickets, stay etc based on the travel policy created by co.
- Parties/Festival Celebration: Planning & executing all parties or festival celebration in company. Arranging / ordering of snacks, food, cold drinks etc. Arranging material, items for office decorations or playing games etc.
- Compliance: Ensure we are following all government related compliances and do the needful to full fill it. Co-ordinate with external consultants for various government compliances like PF, ESIC etc.
- POSH: Prevent any kind of harassment at workplace and ensure these are dealt with seriously and higher priority. Ensure that the company complies to POSH.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. phone, Skype, structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
