Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Co-ordinate with concern departmental head for finalizing and confirming of job description.
  • Management of End-to-End recruitment life cycle.
  • Job Posting and Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and Internal Reference.)
  • Drafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
  • Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms, review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
  • Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
  • Collect relevant personnel document required.
  • Co-ordinate with Departmental Head and Management to conduct interviews of the candidates.
  • Maintaining Recruitment data.
  • Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience: 6 Months to 1 year as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of referral programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgement.
  • Familiar in MS Office & Outlook.
  • Hands On Experience: Job Sites (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, social media & Internal Reference.
