Job Description & Responsibilities
- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Co-ordinate with concern departmental head for finalizing and confirming of job description.
- Management of End-to-End recruitment life cycle.
- Job Posting and Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and Internal Reference.)
- Drafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
- Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms, review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Collect relevant personnel document required.
- Co-ordinate with Departmental Head and Management to conduct interviews of the candidates.
- Maintaining Recruitment data.
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience: 6 Months to 1 year as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of referral programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgement.
- Familiar in MS Office & Outlook.
- Hands On Experience: Job Sites (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, social media & Internal Reference.
