Job Description

  • Have to take tickets on their own (as and when ticket comes, without waiting).
  • Close the ticket as quickly as possible.
  • Assist their junior engineer when asked to do so.
  • Take escalated ticket from junior engineers.
  • Assist customer for their new firewall configuration (online implementation).
  • Stretching the working hours as and when required.
  • Before leaving has make sure that all the tickets taken for the day are completed and closed.
  • Any responsibilities & roles amended will be conveyed to you time-to-time from your head.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Firewall knowledge – Firewall configuration, firewall policy configuration, network interface configuration, routing, bridge mode configuration etc.… 
  • Networking knowledge – In networking TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BGP, ARP, etc. 
  • Advance features configuration – IPSec VPN, L2TP VPN, SSL VPN, HA, URL/application filtering, Antispam configuration, IPS, ATP, SSL deep inspect.
  • Troubleshooting – Network troubleshooting, firewall troubleshooting, packet capture, telnet, SSH, URL/browsing not accessible etc.
