- Effective period of the competition “Navratri Ke Navratna" shall be from `17th October 2020 to 25th October 2020 until further notice.
- This competition is to be promoted within GajShield Authorized Partner’s employees, in the region of India only.
- Only the Pre-sales and Support team of GajShield’s registered partner’s within the region defined for this competition are eligible to win the prize.
- Within this said period, the partner’s employee must enroll for the GajShield Security Essential Certification Program on GajShield Online Academy for Learning Security(GOALS): https://goals.gajshield.com to be eligible for availing the gift benefit.
- The Person scoring their highest Graded Score within the given number of maximum attempts must share the certificate on LinkedIn and tag GajShield’s LinkedIn Handle: https://www.linkedin.com/company/gajshield-infotech and use the tag #GajShieldCertification.
- The top 9 scoring partner’s employees based on the graded score throughout the competition that shares the certification on LinkedIn are to get Amazon Gift Voucher of a value based on the score position in the order as below:

- 3rd Place: 8,000/-
- 4th Place: 7,000/-

- GajShield will announce the list of winners at the end of the competition period.
- GajShield’s team will verify the partner’s registration with GajShield and validate the enrolled person’s employment with the partner’s organization.
- GajShield reserves the right to reject any claim under this offer without assigning any reasons for the same.
- GajShield reserves the right to change, amend, extend, and withdraw this offer without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.
- In the event of any discrepancies, GajShield’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- The Offer will be void if the law prohibits it. GajShield will not be liable to compensate in any ways to channel partner or its representative in the lieu thereof.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or schemes/competitions/offers running during the period of the competition.
- GajShield’s decision will be final, conclusive and binding. GajShield will not entertain any further correspondence and shall not be subject to any dispute.
- GajShield or its employees will not be liable for any type of losses or damages whether direct or indirect arising in connection with this competition even if GajShield is advised about the possibility of such damage in advance and all such damages are expressly excluded.
- GajShield, in any terms, will not be responsible for any discrepancy between the channel partner or its employee and the Gift/Store Value Card Agency in any means, whatsoever.
- Gift/Store Value Card is subject to change with respect to the terms & conditions of the Gift /Store Value Card Agency, GajShield and any other conditions.
- Incentive/gift earned through this scheme cannot be redeemed in cash, cheque or any other kind except the one pre-defined for this scheme.
- Taxes if applicable will be levied on the gift voucher, in such a case, if required, documents relating to such tax are to be submitted as required over and above the documents submitted for KYC.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court/tribunal of Mumbai.
